This vintage Hibbard wood & brass shotgun cleaning rod is a 2-piece set with a total length of 37 inches when screwed together. It is a one-owner cleaning rod (belonged to my father) which he occasionally used with his 12 guage shotgun. We lived in a large city and rarely got to go bird hunting, so the rod is just lightly used. The brass fittings are very secure (both at the tip and the female and male screw connections that join the two pieces of rod). The red cleaning tip is still pliable and soft.
