Got this at an auction. Please look over the pictures closely. Steel rod rotating handle. 51″ overall length. Rod measures 0.311/7.9mm in diameter. Not sure the exact application. The old gun smith did have a 50cal. I do not have much knowledge of these. Thanks for looking
