Exactly as I found it in a cache of old gun cleaning supplies. Soiled and dusty but in good solid condition. EMPTY. I ship only in the U.S. Buyer pays USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE (Standard/Economy) postage. I am sorry but eBay requires sellers to provide tracking so postage for small items is sometimes higher than it would be if tracking was not required. (IF THE FIRST ITEM YOU BUY HAS A FIRST CLASS POSTAGE AMOUNT, please keep in mind the second item MIGHT BUMP IT UP TO PRIORITY. After that, increases will be minimal if at all.
