Missing the 3 piece aluminum rod. The Vintage Montgomery Ward Wards Western Field 30 Caliber Rifle Cleaning Kit No. 60-1869 is a rare find for gun enthusiasts. Case is made of blue metal but also has the original cardboard outer box with all the vintage graphics on it. This cleaning kit is a classic piece of American craftsmanship. Condition is extremely nice but it’s missing the 3 piece aluminum cleaning rod, there’s supposed to be 2 boxes of patches, the other box of patches are there but the second box for them is missing and the solvent bottle is empty and the labels have come unglued from the bottle. They’re still with the bottle though. The gun oil can is still pretty full.
